Testers Please: Smaller Palm Tree

This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below the description for more information.
Smaller Plainlee Palm.
Just like its big brother but smaller. Looks good in groups together with the game's Plainlee Palm Tree.

The picture shows this Smaller Palm Tree next to its normal-sized brother.

Installation:
Place in your My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\Downloads folder

BEWARE:
This is a beta test object and should NOT be distributed in any exported lots until fully tested. Mesh editing is in its early stages and objects may cause problems in your game.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Place in Downloads Folder: Cut and paste the .package file(s) into your Downloads folder:

So do I! I've got some more to upload but I seem to be having trouble with the image displaying. I can't see it in ie, but I can in firefox.

If you do use this tree, please let me know how you get on with it.

This is very cool -- I bet you could do similar things with other objects, too.

One thing that I noticed was that the shading is off on the trunk. I wonder if you need to shrink the textures too? Other than that, it works well in my game!

Loving it! I hope you make smalleer trees and bigger ones too! I would love to see a smaller willow, birch and bay tree, and LARGER ones too! Awesome!!!
