Luse Tiles

This tile has 1 recolourable subset and grout which will always remain #FFFFFF (stark white).
A modern tile which is the only I've used since I installed it into my own game. I am happy with how this turned out, it was the first I ever made, but somehow the most successful. I thought I'd share it with you.

Here is a picture of it as a repeated pattern to show how it remains seamless.

This image is how it looks in game.

This tile is not only good for modern houses. It looks good in period homes as well. Big tiles is an old and a new thing - So don't forget to try it out in different roles.

Where You Can Find This?
This download is a pattern -- So you will be able to find it in Create-A-Style --> Tiles and Mosaics.

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file. Now you will have either a .package or a .sims3pack file.

For Package files:

1. Cut and paste the file into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages folder. If you do not already have this folder, you should read the full guide to Package files first: Sims 3:Installing Package Fileswiki, so you can make sure your game is fully patched and you have the correct Resource.cfg file.
2. Run the game, and find your content where the creator said it would be (build mode, buy mode, Create-a-Sim, etc.).

For Sims3Pack files:

1. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
2. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Find the item in the list and tick the box beside it. Then press the Install button below the list.
3. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the content to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
4. Run the game, and find your content where the creator said it would be (build mode, buy mode, Create-a-Sim, etc.).

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

Really Nice, But I too, cannot get this sims3pack to install.
It says Installed but it refuses to show as installed in my launcher.

Edit: (could it be the difference with MAC and PC?)

Everything else I have installed today works fine and shows.

Thank you anyway! Nice Work.

The screens look beautiful, can't wait to try them out.

I think I got it to extract successfully, if the attachment thing is working right, it should come through with this post, if you'd like to add it to the downloads page. With the 2.3 hell patch, .packages are the only way to get things working it seems.
Download - please read all instructions before downloading any files!

Thanks for the Package file, I'm still not sure why the sims3pack wasn't installing for me.
I have already used the pattern in game, and SUPERB!.
