I've wanted something like this for a while. It fits so much better with older style houses.

My cat taught me how to fetch. I throw the toy, she shows me where it landed, and I fetch it.

Mehrlicht, if you can, let me know how it works for you =). Not that I'd be able to do anything about it if it doesn't, but it would be good if I could put that info in post #1. Thank you!

I have the most recent patches, HELS and WA and I can confirm that this gorgeous stove works just fine with them. Thank you for creating it, it'll be perfect for starter homes that wouldn't work with the 'modern' look of EA's small stove. And cabins for that matter. <3

Wow, this is sweet! I really missed my wood-burning stoves of similar style from TS2. I'm glad it's working for patched games. Mine isn't fully patched to the very last patch but eventually will be. It's crazy, we used to just have to worry about keeping track of EP's and SP's for the sake of having certain meshes and functionality. Now we have to keep up not just with EP's and SP's but numerous individual patches. Sigh....

@Gabriel: I believe I'm capable of having ideas all by myself. If I'd want any input on what to make, I'd ask. Please don't post in download threads if you don't have anything to say about the actual download in question.

@jon: Hehe, I'm not so sure about that

Looks great thank you! Is it possible to make this into an old fashioned stove like in the sims 2? That would be awesome for a country shack / shanty town...

You mean a cooking stove? I suppose it's possible, although I don't know whether the fire and fireplace functions could be transplanted. Feel free to recycle my mesh if you'd like to try making one.
