This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Expansion pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.
Sport your fashion sense with Adidas!

Ages: Teen, Young Adult, Adult
Gender: Male
Clothing Category: Everyday, Athletic, Career

Four recolorable areas:
1. Sneaker front design and Adidas icons share channel 1
2. "Netted" upper area and solid lower area share channel 2
3. Solid surrounding line
4. Shoestrings

Update 10-05-12: I have made some improvements to the sneaker. One major improvement is the texture. I wanted to
be able to use light colors on the sneakers without them looking like they had dark spots all over them. The pictures with sims
in them are older photos that do not reflect what the sneakers look like now. I've had the pictures so long I didn't want to get rid
of them. The last three images show what the sneakers look like now.

Bottom wheels close to the sole are not recolorable but I've included seven colors of them for variety.

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file. Now you will have either a .package or a .sims3pack file.

For Package files:

1. Cut and paste the file into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages folder. If you do not already have this folder, you should read the full guide to Package files first: Sims 3:Installing Package Fileswiki, so you can make sure your game is fully patched and you have the correct Resource.cfg file.
2. Run the game, and find your content where the creator said it would be (build mode, buy mode, Create-a-Sim, etc.).

For Sims3Pack files:

1. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
2. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Find the item in the list and tick the box beside it. Then press the Install button below the list.
3. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the content to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
4. Run the game, and find your content where the creator said it would be (build mode, buy mode, Create-a-Sim, etc.).

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

Hey there, bia sampaio04.

I didn't include the link because the shirt in these images is available here at my MTS web page but they don't have the lining on them like these do well, frankly speaking, because there was a concern about the lining here. The link to get the shirt as it is shown in these pixs is located here: http://www.thesimsresource.com/arti...hirt/id/964858/ and here: http://www.thesimsresource.com/arti...teen/id/964864/ free download.

These really are impressive, I was blown way by the detail, and level of customisation available.
Top marks, a must have for any sneaker head!

OMG. You don't know how good it is to read posts noticing the amount of work that went into making these sneakers. I really appreciate your comment and critique todd_10. Thank you.

You're welcome, Shaquee for your post.

babycakes993, I do apologize for not seeing your post until now. To download the sneakers click on the link under the tab for downloads. When you've downloaded the file and opened it, take the file inside it and place it in this directory:

My Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3/Mods

If you do not have a 'Mods' folder in this area you'll need to create one. You will also need to place a file called Resource.cfg in your mods folder so that the game recognizes custom content like these sneakers. You can get the resource.cfg file here:

http://simpedia.sims2cri.com/Resource.cfg_eng

Again, I do apologize for not seeing your post and for responding so late. I hope this helps.
