Picked Upload! This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
Would you like to see sunsets in the sea lying on a hammock and drinking some tropical beverage? Would you like to wake up in the morning hearing the sound of the waves and the seagulls? Would you like to have dinner in an arbor torch-lit and seeing the moon reflected in the sea? Or what you just want is a peaceful and quiet place to live? Then this is your dream!

Life in a Boat! is a lot that comprehends a lovely boat and an awesome private beach.

The boat is furnished with wood in sea and sand colors. It has one double bedroom, one bathroom, a living room with American kitchen and the deck works as terrace.

The private beach has an area for sunbathing with deck chairs and umbrellas, and arbor, a pond where the boat is tied, a short promenade and a green area with stone and wood paths and lots of vegetation.

It's fully furnished and it has no custom content

Enjoy and maritime simming!

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

We are surrounded by things we cannot see - things we cannot see, until we start looking for them.

..and even in the CAW the lots can't really be placed in water, because the lot will have odd outlines. :/

I love it, this is a great retreat from real life, to just go and hang out in there..
Your lots are amazing, keep up the good work!
