Yeah I so hate it. I'd see great dresses up on sites. I'd downlaod them then I turn the sims around and see that horrible hanging thing and it just ruined the whole dress for me.

Thank you so much BriAnna, now I'll have to go find all those dresses I trashed because I couldn't tolerate that darn thing hanging down their back. :D

Yay! I hated that thing. I did find creative ways to make it work, though. Like make a necklace, and have the dangly thing be the end of the necklace. Now I don't have to worry about that anymore.

Oh, boy...I've been hoping for this since I saw the mesh, but still downloaded all the medieval-ish gowns I could find. Any chance this, and the elder counterpart, could be made as replacements?

I never understood why Maxis thought the "hanging thing" was a design feature and you have finally eliminated another of those annoying irritants in the game. Thanks a lot (and for writing the tutorial while you did it)!

I would love a gown mesh in this shape but to fit on the teen body...I don't like that there is only one shape for the teen gown, and I knew no one who wore a gown that style to prom and such. This one is more like what people here wear for formal occasions. If that's do-able I'd really apreciate it. Thanks.

THANK YOU now I can finally be happy with the gown I made. that annoying STICK was right in the wrong place . ( shall be uploading my first sim creation ( ever ) as soon as I get it pakaged like. ~ have to either make own customs or use maxis and pakage a simmie wearing it as I dont want to package anyone elses by mistake and forget to give them credit. :} ) Thank you thank you * and thanks GothGerbil for letting me know about this as well *
