Picked Upload! This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
This house could be a starter if I could stay within a budget. It has one studio master bedroom with bath, but good size living, dining, and kitchen. What makes me think it's not so minimalist are the designer tiles by Miss Simpleton and the space saving, ingenius spiral staircase by Marvine. The house also includes lap pool and jacuzzi for the hard working single sim to relax with friends in. I have kept furniture to a minimum, but it includes two big screen TV's. Take out a loan from motherlode and start life comfortably!

Lot Size: 3x2
Lot Price: 80,517

Custom Content Included:
- Simple Spiral Stairs - Left turn by marvine/modthesims2
- Hydrangea Full Tile Wall by Miss Simpleton/modthesims2
- Ivory Full Tile Wall by Miss Simpleton/modthesims2
- Waterlily Full Tile Wall by Miss Simpleton/modthesims2
- Parasol Full Tile Wall by Miss Simpleton/modthesims2

Number of bedrooms: 1 Bedroom
Custom Content Included: Build content only
Furnishings: Fully Furnished

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Tricia, this is great - and it's great to see you still making our sims 2 games much richer with great houses.

allison! Thanks so much for your comment! Yeah, a big screen TV right in front of the bed is sort of the height of luxury in my mind!! Talk to you soon!

The house is beautiful, but I would like to give a technical opinion from the standpoint of realism ... The wall that supports the second floor, is too narrow and inadequate to support all the weight ...

"Cohen's an artist, says some. He's a Section Eight, says I. I've seen all kinds of cutthroats, freaks, and hard cases in my life, but Cohen, he's a real lunatic, a dyed-in-the-wool psychopath..."

Thank you simgrl! It's Miss Simpleton's tiles! Alessio, I've been admiring your modern houses for ages now! Thanks so much for the reality check! I'll keep that in mind for the next one.

House is way too small. Driveway is fake. And there is a lot of flashing blue lights. Something is wrong with this house.
