Picked Upload! This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
I've been building many big houses lately so this time I felt like building something smaller. I decided to start this series called "Petite Living". Small, functional family homes to a reasonable price. This Is the first in the series and I hope you'll like It
It's a cozy two story family home with four bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a play house just for the youngsters. There's also a BBQ area In the backyard. It's built on a 3*2 lot and I believe there's room for a driveway to the left of the house If you have The correct expansion.
All skill building objects, alarm and phone are Included as usual.

First floor features:
Open plan kitchen/Living with dining area.
Master Bedroom.
Study area.
One bathroom.

Second floor features:
Three bedrooms.
A small living room.
One Bathroom.
One balcony.

CC used but not needed: White Roof Trim Defaults by Phaenoh

Enjoy!

Lot Size: 3x2
Lot Price: 37 353

Additional Credits:
Phaenoh for the white roof trim as seen in the pictures.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

I prefer cozy homes myself and I really like the little study and extra seating area, and the yard that's geared toward the kids (great sandbox!). An adorable family home!

This house, again, is lovely! I love the size of the house, not too big and not too small! I love bringing my sim's up in these houses! Brilliant work!
