Picked Upload! This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
Is grey anyone's favorite color? I never think of it as a favorite color, yet what is the color of rain clouds? Wet cement with it's wonderful smell? Your beloved grandparents' hair? Ocean in the early morning? The interior designer of this house used these lines on the buyer, Anthony Eden, and he went for it. Of course the ultimate accent for grey walls is red. Simplistic, so called because of its uncomplicated design, has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths, eat-in kitchen, and large pool and jacuzzi. Hopefully your sims will see the value of grey.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

This is very cool! I think I will pit this in my downtown called 'Memosa Bay' and move in a Graduated Uni student. Looks like an excellent bachelor pad or place for a married couple with a guest bedroom for friends and family

I wish I had house building skills like you. Mine always turn out with an awkward roof and odd window placements...

Mine did too until MTS tutorials and other people's work. Actually though, it's all in the eye of the beholder. An odd window placement may give a house a unique flair! I was given the advice by a real expert that I should build what I like and enjoy and not necessarily what I think others will like. So if you like the roof, you should go with it!
