The Seascape - Modern sea retreat - NO CC

I spent a long time figuring out how to make a modern beach house that would fit both warmer and colder climate themes... so here's the outcome of that long, highly un-scientific development process which slowly filled my head with sand!

When the life in the suburbs or the city gets too stressful, what a better place to escape into than a beach retreat of your own!
This home is for those who want a lifestyle of trendyness and utter coolness! The indoors offer a sturdy, warm feel, and the outdoor area invites to make the most out of every season. Time for barbeques, romantic evenings by the fire, hot summer afternoons by the water and rowdy pool parties! What a life!

If you don't have AMB or generations, the lot will function just fine without those, as from AMB the objects used were hanging coats, laundry objects and knife holder.
And from Gen were the pillows, shelves and the shoe rack.
The firewood decoration requires Riverview to be installed in order to appear.

No CC used.

Hanging coats from AMB unlocked by Whiterider.

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

I'm glad to hear such nice responses, as this type of lot is way out of my comfort zone as a builder, it's great that you all like it.
