This house is lovely! I don't build much, so I was wondering, how do you get the fish and frogs in the pond when you're building a house?

You use the "buydebug on" cheat.
Once that is open you can find all kinds of goodies!

You might have to do "testingcheatsenabled true" first.

I'm lazy I have something that does shortcuts to all my fav cheats and I'm not sure if it turns the last one on automatically or not, but I think it does.

Just holler back if you need more help
