The Luton

The Luton is a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom and 2 garage home that was built in the 1920s. If you’d like to buy it it’s on the market for around £460,000 and is in Luton, Bedfordshire, a town not far from where I live in the UK. I really like the art deco era and looked for a house that I could recreate for MTS, I hope that I have succeeded.

This house has the following:

5 bedrooms, one ensuite
Kitchen/diner
Dining room
Lounge
3 bathrooms
Sunroom/music room
Sun terrace
Landscaped gardens
2 garages

The house is adaptable and could easily be turned into a guest house, converting the garages into bedrooms and/or community areas.

Note: the smoke detectors are above the fireplaces but I’ve hidden them behind the pictures (they’re ugly!)

Lot Size: 4x3
Lot Price: 197,287

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

I love your rendition of this house. The layout is very unique. It's a wonderfully whimsical bit of architectural design.

And the bits of detail. I like the landscape design aspect you added to the lawn. Very nice touch. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you Catherine, I converted this into a hotel, you can find it at Leefish and Simfansuk, and an apartment at metrosims

Want a specific style of house or community building? Why not take a look at my profile and see what I build and then come ask me to make it!
