Finnhorse is very versatile horse breed and it is said to be among the most versatile and fastest "coldblood" breeds in the world. I wanted to make a Finnhorse because this breed is dear for me, partly probably because I'm Finnish myself.

Most common color among these horses is chestnut, often with flaxen mane and tail. There are also bays, blacks, greys and even palominos (only few buckskins and only 1 cremello at the time I'm typing this). Finnhorse is almost always "patternless", but there are roans and sabinos but those are extremely rare.

Enjoy (this is my first upload so I'll be extra happy to hear if there's any problems with this sim). Note that this is sim-file so you have to extract this to your SavedSims folder.

You must have the expansion or stuff packs listed below installed to use this custom content. Please see the post text for any exceptions.

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the sim to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sim file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\SavedSims folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game, enter Create-a-Sim, and save a sim to the sim bin to create this folder, rather than doing so manually. After that you can close the game and put the .sim file in SavedSims
4. Once the .sim file is in SavedSims, you can load the game, and look for your sim in the premade sims bin in Create-a-Sim.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

Thank you for sharing this nice pet with us. I was pleased to see horses in this Pets edition of the sims, but I kinde missed the haflinger and fjord. This makes it good to see breeds like that to come to our games

What a gorgeous horse! I'm in the process of setting up a Finnhorse sim-stable - would you mind if I used your horse as one of the broodmares?
