This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Expansion pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.

This custom content if it is not clothing, may require a seperate download to work properly. This is available at Colour Enable Package (CEP) by Numenor.

In the pictures, the one on the very left is the ORIGINAL, which I pictured so it would look pretty and rainbow-y. That one goes with the pink stuff.

Since HugeLunatic fixed the basegame light that clearly goes with this, I'll be doing that at some point. (I complained about having trouble with coloring it, and now it's all better, YAY!--Before, I had something here about still trying to figure out how on earth to recolor it. Now I don't have that problem and I just need to actually do it. So, thanks HL!)

these are really cool. Thank you for sharing. They would look cool with black as the base too.

I guess. I just thought white would go a lot better with the set as a whole. Thank you for downloading!

These are really cute!

But one basic question remains... Can they put out that color of light?

I was going to quote Adam Savage's "I reject your reality and substitute my own." here, but that would be rather repetitive.

No, I haven't a clue how to do that. Sorry. Plus, I don't think it would work that well for these lights. I think it might be a touch odd.
