Have your Sims every wondered what it's like to live so close to other people, they can hear the toilet flushing? Have they wanted to live in a house with barely enough space for themselves, let alone children? Then this house fits the bill perfectly!

Sitting on a 30x30 lot, this home has two bedrooms of moderate proportions (given the size of the home) and one bath. The backyard is enclosed with a fence, to prevent onlooking neighbors and creeps. Being a model home, it's prefurnished with some fairly nice furniture. This house also comes with a detached single-car garage, and a swing set for the kids.

The front of the home, as seen from the street. Appearances for the neighbors are important, you know.

Here's the backyard, where all the fun happens.

This is the living room, where friends hang out and the family bonds.

The kitchen, where everyone gathers to cook with the microwave.

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

You know, in spite of the deprecating tone of your opening remarks, I feel this has lots of room for a small family and is a good looking house as well. Nicely done.

Thanks very much! The reason why I added that text though was just to give it a little flavor and backstory. I know a few people that live in houses similar to this (as I also did at one point), and while they appear small on the outside, they are quite spacious on the inside. Although room can get to be a premium with too much stuff or too many people.

This is a gorgeous house but I am wondering, how do you get the house once it's installed? Like say I'm already living in a house and I want to switch the the one I dl'd and installed. Is that possible?

When in Edit Town mode, click on the arrow icon. By default, the menu will show a bunch of stored Sims families. The tab with the solid house will be selected near the top of this menu, and next to it will be a tab with a house outline on it. Click on that. The house should be in there somewhere, with an asterisk or folder icon in the lower corner.

And to everyone, thanks very much! I'm glad you guys like this house.
