Picked Upload! This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
I thought these townhomes would add a nice touch to almost any town. They all have one car garages, two bedrooms and one and one half bathrooms, a small backyard, and balconies. It's spacious enough for up to four Sims after that it might get a little crowded. The first townhome is completely empty, the second one is fully furnished, and the other two only have the bathrooms and kitchens furnished. I used Ambitions, Late Night, and University. (Ambitions was only used for literally one door so don't worry if you don't have this expansion)

Lot Size: 20x30
Lot Price Unfurnished: 8,740
Lot Price Furnished: 58,034

(Side note: if you want to edit anything outside of the actual apartments you have to turn of the restriction. So "Testingcheatsenabled true" and then "Restrictbuildbuyinbuildings off")

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

Do these function as Late Night apartments with NPC doors or are they the newer University Life type apartments where you rent out the extra rooms?

I left it up to the player: you can add NPCs if you like, you can also rent out the rooms, or say you have a household with a lot of Sims you can have them live in the different apartments, but still have them as one household.

(JIC: for NPCs shift-click on the door of the apartment you want them to live in)

Just being polite, I don't know that these are good enough to really be thankful for them yet.

Thanks, a recognizable architectural style. I'm sure I often see these in real life....but what street I can't remember. I sort of take them for granted. I believe those real life ones use the higher roof side for an extra window overlooking the neighbour's roof for extra light.

And a parking space inside a garage...an obvious thing but I made several garages but never thought of that for some reason. That proves looking at other's work improves your own.

@Ethan: Being thankful for a present is always polite.
