This weird smelling home should fit Twinbrook or Midnight Hollow, or maybe Moonlight Falls. It's gray but I hope not boring.
Very important note: if you find this lot not grungy enough, remember, I said - a little bit.

So,

Features
  • 1 bed, 1 bath
  • Flat lot 10x10
  • Furnished: $ 42 446
  • Unfurnished: $ 18 972
  • Patch 1.66 might be required
  • Tested in game
Content
I used items from the base game, Supernatural, Ambitions, Into the Future. However, lot can still be functional without some of the EPs. Also there's one decor item from Showtime - plant box - so I even decided not to tick it in compability section.
No custom or store content used.

Happy simming!

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

This house looks so amazing! I love the roof. The architecture is really nice and the interior looks great!
I clicked on your house immediately after I saw it. I dont know why but I love it.

The only thing I would change is the ceiling - but that is a small detail - thank you for this unique house

I love the combined siding aspect and the plants are in areas most people would have plants and the style of plants also fit perfectly with the idea . Also the roof, which are always a challenge for me : ) , you executed perfectly. Also I like the door placing with the house coming over the area, a porch but not. As you can see this is my style^^ lol. Thanks!
