Seagull Island Shops

This little row of beach shops has been knocking around my beach hood for at least a year, I like them so thought somebody else might too.

Seagull Island beach shops have nearly everything a sim could want to buy. A small play ground for the kids and a place to socialize, all on a 4 by 1 lot.

First up is the surf shop where they sell casual clothes and the latest swimwear. They also sell shell jewelry and the locally grown Frangipani flower perfume.

Next door is fast serve food with free coffee or hot chocolate.

Third is the convenience store with groceries, games, magazines and small electronics. Don't forget to taste a sample of the local juice free on the house.

Due to all that free coffee, hot chocolate and juice your sim will be glad to know the forth place along the row is a large public bathroom.

Past the shops is a small playground with seating and chess on the left.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Thanks Karen

Lol Cat, I think you mean smell. Well since it's at the top of a cliff overlooking the ocean I bet the wind would be laden with salt. If sims had wind or salt.

It's so cute. I wish though the sign could be in Simlish, but it's still great as it is. Thank you.

I haven't seen light up letters in Simlish, but the store doesn't come with the lights it's just a suggestion. if you know of any lights in simlish I'd be happy to post a link.

Since I love the Maxis playables but hate the neighborhoods/lots, I'm on a mission to completely renovate Pleasantview (with attached Bluewater, Sim State, Downtown, + Vacations). I suck at building houses so 90% are downloaded lots. I've placed this lot in new Bluewater, near the back and across the street from the beach. It fits perfectly and looks wonderful in neighborhood view! Malcom Landgraab recently bought it and his customers stay ALLLL day, just hanging out, ha.

@Bellusion: I actually just started on renovating selected Pleantview lots and will be uploading the first one, Brandi Brokes trailer shortly.

So glad this lot fits your hood and needs.

I hope we can buy fish 'n' chips here! Just the smell of the salt air and the frying chips - I can imagine it all!
