WOW! How do you do it? I've attempted to build a starter house a couple of times, but failed miserably both times. I realize now what a challenge it is to build a starter house, and you've apparently built a beautiful one successfully. Thanks for sharing with fellow simmers.

This is such a cute house. I love the colors and really wanted it in my game; however, when I checked it in Custard the lot file was reported as corrupt (contains another DBPF).

I just checked it with Custard and nothing wrong appeared. Have you tried to redownload?

I just redownloaded the file and got the same result. Image attached. It's also reported as corrupt in Dashboard.

I redownloaded it as well and checked again with custard and it doesn't show that message to me, sorry. I can assure you it's safe

It's showing up as corrupted in my game too
