Awesome work! I can honestly say that this is the first "Celebrity Sim" I've seen that really does look exactly like the celebrity its depicting. Again, outstanding!

I tried install those files in Download folder, but nothing happened! How I can fix it?

Extract the files in the .zip to your Tray folder, which – if you have Windows 7 – is located at C:\Users\<username>\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray. After you do that, he should show up in your library.
