Picked Upload! This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
Despite my last upload being somewhat of a flop, I wanted to try again!

This time I got my inspiration from Stevenson Ranch, California, which is the location for Agrestic in the TV-series Weeds. My first house in the "Agrestic"-series is the Botwin house.

This is not intended to be a perfect replica of the Botwin house, though the floor plan is loosely based on the house as seen in Weeds.

For this upload to be realistic, I felt I needed to make more than one version. This way you can make your own little Agrestic sub-division!
I started on the "Alcott", then made "Oakrigde", and lastly the "Chaucer", which is the Botwin house.

All of the houses have 4 Bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, and have 20x30 lots.

All of the versions has roughy the same floorplan, with some minor differences.

First Floor
- Kitchen
- 2-Car Garage
- Family Room
- 1 Full Bath
- 2 Spare Rooms (Gym, Den, Spare Bedroom)
- Dining Room

Second Floor
- 3 Single Bedrooms With Full Bathrooms
- Master Bedroom With Full Bathroom

General info:
All
4 Bedrooms
5 Bathrooms
Pool
20x30 lot

Alcott
80,938/114,405

Oakridge
79,883/126,830

Chaucer
85,956/119,383

If you guys like this type of upload, I will perhaps upload some more. I have already made two more models in the series, though these are only shells at this point.
It's hard to get motivated with the lack of activity after TS4 was launched, so don't expect many houses to be made in the next months.

Anyways, have fun with these!

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

My sims tend to have large families, so I am always looking for smaller lots that maximize space to allow for many bedrooms. I love the look of all three homes. Thank you so much for sharing!

These are pretty much exactly what I was searching for a few months ago, so it's really satisfying to finally find something that ticks pretty much all those boxes! The size of the bedrooms in particular is really great. Gives the house so much more flexibility!

First, download WinRar: http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm (click the second from the top)

Then you download the houses, and choose to open them in WinRar. When opened in WinRar, you simply double-click the SimsPack inside, and it will install to your game

Oh please keep making great houses like this as despite owning and playing Sims 4 I always return to Sims 3 because I love the open world play and I get upset when creators say it is there last creation before moving on to sims 4 as I believe Sims 3 will go on for a very long time to come and players will still need creators such as yourselves, thank you for all your creations they are wonderful to play in
