A small starter house furnished for two, with an empty spare bedroom.

Recommended custom content:

More corners for Maxis siding -- the house should look fine without, but not *exactly* like on the screens
Liberated Plants 2 -- for the orange-flowered shrub in front to not have a funky name/desc
No-stencil override for the Kindermade desk -- to remove the flowery stuff from the desk; you only really need this when you move it elsewhere (since right now the deco is on the wall side where you don’t really see it anyway)

Note that in post-pool-patch games sims need steps to route on/off the terrace in the back (haven’t seen this in action yet, this was built before that patch, but star_lady says so in the comments).

Installation:

Unzip and put the loose files in /Tray.

Great house! I'm using this with a family in my game now and it's perfect -- the only thing that I discovered is that sims will NOT use the back porch unless it has a step! This house is beautiful like everything else that you make!

Ah that’s good to know, thanks for the heads-up – this must be a change that came with the pool patch I guess (I haven’t played since then, but in my lesser-than-pool-patch game sims were always able to route on/off one “click” foundations without steps as well).

Thank you! I just love your houses! (I only play with bungalows anyway because the camera is so awful and bouncy as soon as I take it upstairs. The Landgraab house is literally unplayable in my humble opinion).
