This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below the description for more information.

Bracken Living Room Chair
"Early American craftsman, Nonnel Bracken, made his name by crafting the finest chairs west of the Pecos. Apparently, the east Pecos market was just too saturated with quality seating for Bracken to be Competitive."
  • Converted from the Sims 3 for use in the Sims 4.
  • Comes in 26 Sims 4 colour variations.
  • Comfort level 7.
  • Costs 900 simoleons.
  • Batteries not included.

Feel free to modify, recolour or use as inspiration for interpretive dance, but please credit me if you do... perhaps not for the dance...

Brilliant - i have missed this chair ever since playing Sims 4. If you are inclined to make some more Sims 3 chair conversions, would you perhaps consider converting some of the dining chairs? The Sims 4 dining chairs are so bulky and clumsy, while the Sims 3 chairs are far more elegant.
