Looking for that perfect vacation getaway? Move your Sims into this house and they won't ever want to leave it! There are nine bedrooms and six bathrooms, plenty of space for a large household. Features spacious rooms, color themed decor, and master suites on the third floor. The set up would work for a rental house or apartments (if and when we get them). No cc was used. Items from "Outdoor Retreat" and "Get to Work" were used. Enjoy!

Love your beach houses and will be very useful with families whose young adult children need a place of their own. And yes, I'm going to use them now, as I don't care if I have beaches or not, lol.

These are absolutely beautiful! I wish I could use them, but I haven't felt the need to invest in Get to Work at this point. Any chance you might upload a version that doesn't use GTW items?

Perfect for my young adult sims that have just moved out. I have been looking and looking for a place for my upper class Sims to move to. The basic class Sims I found a trailer park for, but that wouldn't do for more affluent Sims. Thank you for this downloading as fast as I can.

Love these! Super cute! Hope they eventually give us beaches again! And apartments. So much stuff I still miss from Sims 2.

Thank you! Since the items I used were only decor or lighting, it may work without it, but I'm not sure
