This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below the description for more information.

Have you noticed that in TS2 there are no outdoor wall lamps? Yes, you can put an indoor sconce out of your front door, but the result it's not nice, in my opinion.So, though 3D modeling is absolutely not my preferred subject

The lamp has two recolourable parts, and each comes in two colours: a dark rusty brown frame coupled with a yellow glass, and a white frame coupled with a white glass.
Additional recolours for the frame and/or the glass can be created in the usual way (Object Workshop); note that the glass is textureless, and can be recoloured only editing the Material Definition.
