This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below the description for more information.
This is the country living set from Sims 3 (minus the light.. lights hate me I'm sorry)

This is my version of the set

I tried to include all the things, including the chicken coup although, there will be no eggs to be found, these are diva chickens they're just there to look good.

I also included The Mission counter (that they show in their picture) -however- This mesh cannot be put right against a wall (since it already HAS a back topper) just move it out a hair and all is well

Sweet! Thanks! I am curious how did you get each item from country living set file? I have couples of sims 3 store set I want to convert to sims 4 but I have the items in complete set into one file. I tried to unmerged the sims 3 pack file to get each item but didn't work. I tried to use S3OC and S3PE to unmerge it so I can clone each item but didn't work. Sorry to asked, hope, you don't mind.

Just downloaded particularly for the chicken coop and keep getting script call failure. Am unable to place in yard. I am going to go through list of mods to double check but this was a new install, but it is possible I downloaded something that broke it. Will let you know if ai figure it out. Looks amazing.
