This was originally meant to become an overhaul of the existing lot, but it turned out so different that it’s now more of an alternate version. The interior is still kind of similar but it has an addtional top floor and basement now, and the exterior doesn’t resemble the original lot very much any more.

4 bedrooms as before ‒ one of them is still empty ‒, 6 bathrooms (most of them half baths), several living/music/hobby rooms.

Installation: Unzip and put the package in /Mods. See here for how to package lots (this works the same way for sims). To uninstall, delete the package ‒ if you “delete” a lot from the Library, it is only being hidden and will remain hidden if you decide to re-download. See also this post (same thread):

You need to turn on “Custom Content” in your library (“Advanced”, bottom left) to see this; for the game any lot that’s being saved while the creator has CC in their game counts as “Modded” even when none of that content is actually being used.

Also, if you want to edit this and put it back in the Library, you should download my “Liberated” stuff (see profile; mostly grass/reeds), otherwise those items won’t be shareable.

Prices below are on the original lot (which costs 5.500§).

Lot Size: 20x30
Lot Price (furnished): 306.230§
Lot Price (unfurnished): 82.500§
Number of bedrooms: 4 Bedrooms
Custom Content Included: None
Furnishings: Fully Furnished
Special Flags: Not Applicable

You must have the expansion or stuff packs listed below installed to use this custom content. Please see the post text for any exceptions.

This looks amazing. Much better than the original one. I'm downloading and moving the Goths to this house. Many thanks for this!

I wanted a bigger mansion for the Goth's, and looked in the gallery, but did not find anything I liked. Your redo is perfect, now I can get Bella prego again!

I downloaded it, put in /Mods as it says in the instructions but it doesn't show up in my library. Any advice on what to do?

When you open your library look to the menu on the left side. At the bottom you will see Advanced, click it and check, 'Include Custom Content', it will show up then.

Thanks; I added a note in the first post. Also added a top-down picture of the backyard.

Thank you so much for all the help! I never downloaded a packaged lot so I was quite confused.

The CC thing has nothing to do with the packaging .. the game simply doesn't check whether CC is used on the actual lot, that's the same when the lot is in loose files.

Nice house! How were you able to place stairs on top of each other?

You need to remove the stair walls from the top stairs, then you can stack them.
