This looks amazing. Much better than the original one. I'm downloading and moving the Goths to this house. Many thanks for this!

I wanted a bigger mansion for the Goth's, and looked in the gallery, but did not find anything I liked. Your redo is perfect, now I can get Bella prego again!

I downloaded it, put in /Mods as it says in the instructions but it doesn't show up in my library. Any advice on what to do?

When you open your library look to the menu on the left side. At the bottom you will see Advanced, click it and check, 'Include Custom Content', it will show up then.

Thanks; I added a note in the first post. Also added a top-down picture of the backyard.

Thank you so much for all the help! I never downloaded a packaged lot so I was quite confused.

The CC thing has nothing to do with the packaging .. the game simply doesn't check whether CC is used on the actual lot, that's the same when the lot is in loose files.

Nice house! How were you able to place stairs on top of each other?

You need to remove the stair walls from the top stairs, then you can stack them.
