This is a new mesh recolour, and means that you will need to download the particular mesh itself in order for this to show up in your game. See the Meshes Needed section or read the text for more information.

This is a lace dress with three-quarter transparent sleeves and black and red heeled shoes .
3 colors available: black, red and blue.
The hat is not included.

I've seen this type of dress many times around, so I decided to create a similar one.
