If your author sims need a place to write their books in a quiet and calm atmosphere or if your bookworms would love a comfortable seat to study well-loved classics like Atlas Hugged and A Game of Groans send them to the Lakeview Library. This communal book repository may be small but it offers a vast collection of reading material for all ages. There are a total of 18 bookshelves filled with novels of various genres, learning books and children's stories. A few tables allow kids and teenagers to form study groups but if one of them needs to really focus on their work they can retreat to the silent study room on the second floor, where talking is prohibited. Sims are allowed to use the six library computers for all purposes, be it browsing the web, learning about llamas or writing their newest masterpiece.

While your adult sims indulge in reading Twelve or so Swatches of Woohoo their children can enjoy the Kids Room which offers toys, children's books and a learning computer for students. If they ask nicely enough the librarian may also read out a story or two. When the weather is nice (and it always is) sims of all ages will gather in the backyard for chess tournaments and card games alike. If your sims finally decide that they had enough of books, magazines and manuscripts or if their eyes are too tired to play more sims forever they can sit on the benches infront of the building to wait for the bus (which never arrives) or take the quicker way and walk home.

Note: I called this lot the Lakeview Library because of the beautiful view from where I originally built it (Willow Creek Archive Library) but you can place it wherever you want.
Don't forget to return your books! Just kidding, you don't actually need to do that :D

Thank you for sharing. It's pretty and something new to change out from the Willow Creek Archives.

Um...never used a package file to install a lot before. Do I place it in the tray folder or the mod folder? Thanks.

You place it into the mod folder, just like any other package
