Charge Harvest on Community Lots

This mod modifies how the sims harvest produce/fruit on community lots. Instead of "stealing" fruits and vegetables, they will be charged a small price for what they take.

The cost of produce is based on the price you get when you sell produce while harvesting at home.
If you use a mod that modifies the price or yield, my mod will also use those new values

To use this mod, you'll need a community lot with harvestable trees or plants, like Aixlachaise's Community Garden that you can find here. Or just make your own.

Open For Business : The owner of a community lot will harvest in the same way as before (like at home). There is no change here.
If you visit the owned lot with another family, they won't be able to harvest. Because owned lots are not reset after visit and the owner would definitively loose the fruits of his hard work. And also because the owner can sell produce on OFB shelves, so there is no need for customers to harvest by themselves.

The menu is available in English (default) and French.

You must have Seasons expansion pack installed.

Installing this mod may cause a reset (like a new EP or patch).

Installation :
Place the file in your Downloads folder, or a subfolder.

Compatibility :
This mod is fully compatible with BoilingOil's More Realistic Yields and will use the new price/yield values from that mod.

Policy :
Please don't upload this mod on other websites. Provide a link to this thread instead.
You can include or modify this fix in one of your own mods, as long as you give proper credits and a link to this page.

Additional Credits: SimPE Jfade's Compressorizer

You must have the expansion or stuff packs listed below installed to use this custom content. Please see the post text for any exceptions.

Yay, I'm all for things costing more in sims' world. I was wondering if you could make a version that has the prices in line with BO's More Realistic Yields? It's found here: http://www.leefish.nl/mybb/showthread.php?tid=923

There is no need of a new version You can use both mods together and get the "realistic price" everytime.
The price/yield values are not determined by my mod.
My mod just checks the current price/yield in your game and use those values.
So if you got a mod that changes price or yield, my mod will use those new values instead of original ones.

I checked in my game with both mods and it works fine : I get the new "realistic" price/yield when I harvest on community lot.

I was wondering if this was tested on an owned community lot. I have a fresh produce market owned by one of my Sims and there are fruit trees and a garden on the lot. Will owners be charged to harvest their own produce?

I'm new to TS4... and moding is very different from TS2. It's not the same language.
I still have a lot to learn before making mods for TS4...
