Pagan Tattoos Pack

I was messing around with one of my families, when suddenly I realised there was a disturbing lack of pagan-themed tattoos in my game. So, I fixed it. This is the first of two bunches, but I'm still fiddling with the other one and will probably be doing so for the next week or year because I'm not good with time management and doing productive things. >_>

There are eight tattoos, all one-channel, with presets in black, red and silver. Usable by both genders from teens to elders.

They should in theory only need the Ambitions patch to work, but as I have the expansion installed, I don't know for sure. You can download them all individually, or all in one package file. Please use one or the other; I'm pretty sure it won't break your game to use both, but why would you want to have duplicate files?

Additional Credits:
Thanks to CmarNYC for both creating the Tattooinator tool and the easy-to-follow tutorial, whoever created GIMP, and Pinterest for all the pretty pictures that I spent an entire day looking through at the expense of eating.

Maxis Flags: AmbTattoo
Gender: Unisex

You must have the expansion or stuff packs listed below installed to use this custom content. Please see the post text for any exceptions.

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file. Now you will have either a .package or a .sims3pack file.

For Package files:

1. Cut and paste the file into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages folder. If you do not already have this folder, you should read the full guide to Package files first: Sims 3:Installing Package Fileswiki, so you can make sure your game is fully patched and you have the correct Resource.cfg file.
2. Run the game, and find your content where the creator said it would be (build mode, buy mode, Create-a-Sim, etc.).

For Sims3Pack files:

1. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
2. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Find the item in the list and tick the box beside it. Then press the Install button below the list.
3. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the content to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
4. Run the game, and find your content where the creator said it would be (build mode, buy mode, Create-a-Sim, etc.).

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

Thank you! And I agree that GIMP is easy to use. I have used it to create items to use in my game too, and for The Sims 2. Is this your first time creating for The Sims 3, or have you created for it before? And if you have, what have you created for it? By the way, lovely tattoos!

You're welcome! I have two other tattoo packs uploaded so far and one more in the works. I haven't tried making anything else, to be honest; too complicated for me. I'm glad you like these, though.

I need an adult!! Oh, wait, I am an adult...

I want a refund.

The Yggdrasil ones remind me of the White Tree of Gondor.

Right? I'm guessing that might have been one of the inspirations behind it. LOTR was influenced by so much mythology, I wouldn't be surprised.

These are beautiful! I LOVE the Yggdrasil ones especially; they're perfect for the (3rd, I think) Sim version of my druid OC XD
