I recreated another one of my Sims 3 houses for Sims 4!

Rockford for The Sims 4 differs from it's Sims 3 counterpart in that it has completely different floor plan and slightly different shape. The exterior is different than before, as well. I originally planned to re-do the original Sims 3 version of this home, but my Sims 3 game was acting up yet again so I just decided to uninstall the game for good, so don't expect to see any new Sims 3 houses from me anytime soon. So instead of reissuing the original version I decided to recreate it for The Sims 4! I hope you enjoy it! Base Game only. NO CC.

Sims 3 version found here: http://modthesims.info/download.php?t=558318

This is one of the best build I have seen. Perfect for upper middle class families. High end, but not too overdone. Thank you for this fantastic build.

Perfectly balanced, looks like a neo-classical/tudor mansion from the 1930's.
My favorite part is the white gable that intersects with the chimney. Great job! It looks fantastic
