What's the difference between this Education career and the one I already have in my game made by Neia?

This one seems to be more 'Playschool Teacher' versus Neia's 'Elementary/High/University Teacher'
Honestly, there are so few custom careers, that even a slight difference is welcome at this point.

what about a parenthood version since this is a pre-school-kindergarden education based job. since most teaching jobs require logic, writing, charisma which are base.. and the parenthood is parenting which is helping children grow up and learn behaior and social skills. in most places that takes precedent in preschools where the children socialize.
