This contemporary home is located on a scenic hillside perched at the edge of a spruce forest providing gorgeous woodland scenery. Lost Willow features 3 bedrooms and a home office (or 4th bedroom) and 2 full baths. The upper level provides a great livable floor plan which offers a living room, reading nook, kitchen and dining area. The full-length windows provide beautiful scenic views and lots of natural lighting while enjoying the comforts of home. Walk out into the enclosed grilling area which provides protection from the elements while maintaining the feel of the outdoors. Also included, for those who enjoy nature, a pond, a partially enclosed hot tub surrounded by forest and a fire pit for entertaining in a cozy woodland setting.

I replaced most of the cc and store purchased content with in-game items (games owned are listed below), but there were a few things that I felt greatly contributed to the integrity of the house. These are listed below.

Cottage half landing stairs (right) by Gosik on TSR - Here

Not Required but recommended:
Clearstory 3-tier Window (included with Sims 3 world Lucky Palms) - Here
Laddered Window - Here
Riverview *free* - Here

Add'l cc used (but can be ignored or replaced without compromising integrity):
Cottage base for half landing stairs (right) by Gosik on TSR - Here
A-Simetry Portal (doors used inside house) - Here
Kudos01 bench by Angela on TSR (Bedroom 1) - Here
Pizza Oven - Here
Ceiling Torchiere light (I replaced these with non-store purchased lights, but they are shown in pictures of kitchen, which I took before I made the replacements) - Here

Thanks to the cc creators!

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

Are my sims supposed to be going down the inside stair case like regular spiral stairs, aka clipping right through the dang floor?
