As you can see in the floor-plan shot below, I changed very little about the house this time. My goal was to add/build a realistic looking above ground pool. The bathroom is a tile wider, and the shower is now a tub/shower combo (so doggies can be washed too!) The kitchen is a bit bigger too - to accommodate the sliding doors to the back porch. All major appliances are included; there's an invisible fire alarm over the stove. And, a phone in the living area. To keep costs down, I did NOT add a burglar alarm. Decos are nil and furniture is sparse, but everything a sim needs to live is included. So move in and start livin'!

REQUIRED: You MUST HAVE Numenor's Invisible Wall for the above ground pool to work.

Necessary, and NOT included - GO get them:
Extendable Touch of Teak French Arch by tbudgett @ MTS
Edger in White By HL @ S2A
Backless Value Tub by HL @ MTS
Value Cabinet recolor in Light Wood by Michelle @ MTS
Justa/Value Door recolor in Medium Wood by Michelle @ MTS
Invisible Driveway by Sophie-David @ MTS

NOTE: If walls are missing when you first visit the lot, exit without saving and add Numenor's Unlevel Wall - #90 to your DL folder before loading this house again. Sometimes I use this wall instead of the CFE cheat when building houses.

Standard mods I use that are not necessary nor included - but were probably used whilst building/photo-ing/prepping this house for upload...
I use Moi's Roof Shader for brighter roofs
Maranatah's White Wall Top texture replacement
Moo's Turn On/Off Lights
Menaceman's Lunatech Lighting Fix
BeosBoxBoy's no-red-pause-mod
I also use FRAPs to take in-game pictures, and PhotoShop to clean/collage said pictures.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
