I already thought about the idea of just a plain old bulb hanging from the ceiling. (This light was about one year the normal light in my room). So I guess I should do it.

klarsicht42 Yeh, well how to describe them hmm...ok Track lighting is as small strip (actually about the size and shape of the light you just posted here)attachted to the ceiling with small lights that can move in a channel anywhere along the length.
