This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below the description for more information.

UPDATED - Fixed top of pipes; thanks to Boblishman who once again saved my butt The tops of the pipes have been fixed so they don't "disappear" as you rotate. If you downloaded the original, please redownload the new file and replace.

Hi all. I was browsing the mesh request forums and noticed a few people were requesting a hot water heater for their sim homes, so I thought I'd give it a shot. As of right now, this is purely decorative. I'm going to try to see if I can clone one of the plumbing appliances to attempt some interaction.

It can be found under decorative and the infinity symbol.

Anyway, this was cloned from the Venus sculpture so it should work in both original and Uni. It was registered with it's own unique GUID so it will not interfere with any other downloads or objects. And it should be recolorable (haven't tested that part yet). One thing I did notice, it looks better if you DON'T put directly next to a side wall (copper pipe tends to blend into the wall - much like stair railings).

The poly count is 923 vertices/1498 triangles...not too bad It shouldn't slow anything down.

This was created using SimPE .35 and Milkshape. Please do not post original mesh anywhere.

Let me know! Thanks,
Nikki

This is great! I love the more realistic items. I have your Clorox & Tide, as well. It's funny how the things we take for granted in real life. We feel we need in our Sims lives!
