Hi there!
My second skin is ready:

It's Horatio Caine of CSI Miami! (played by David Caruso)
I saw CSI sims on almost every Sims2 site I visited but I haven't found any CSI Miami or CSI NY sims yet.

So: here he is.
I've given up my Rebecca DeMornay Sim after 5 days and 3 starts from scratch. :weep:
I watched TV and switched to CSI Miami.
And well, here's the result.
Hope you like it.

EP IS NEEDED!!!

Comes with custom hair color and custom black suit.
Sorry, no sunglasses.
The standart ones from maxis looked terrible.
Wrong shape and not dark enough...

***Update!***
Version 1.1 is ready
Because of the bad rating (3 stars...oh my god thats just average! :disagree: ) I decided to improve the facial structure.
Worked a little bit on the cheek bones, used a completely new nose and tweaked the jaw a little bit. That's all.
If you think there's still some room for improvement please tell me.
He's looking a little bit strange on the screenshot from bodyshop, but ingame it's a lot better. He just smiles too much.

More CSI Miami sims will follow...I hope.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).

You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Now, THAT'S a good copy or a real person. One of the best one I have seen any one make (the only one better, is Agent Smith on Sims2.com)

I've already tried Yelina Salas (Sofia Milos) but the result wasn't very good...

Please ignore the above, apparently I hadn't capitalized "Downloads" as soon as I did that all sorts of content showed up in my game, includung things I had forgotten that I downloaded. DOH!

He's great!! (both actor, character and sim

) The only miss I see is the fact that his eyes should be blue not brown, unless I'm just seeing them wrong in the screenshot. If so then

Great work but you made a little mistake. Horatio Caine/David Caruso has blue eyes. Not brown.

Blue eyes? You could be right.

My only source for him were caps from CSI Miami episodes they show here in germany and low resolution photos I found with google.
Well...seems that the NTSC to PAL conversion for german television caused some faulty colors...

I'll fix that...if somebody could provide me with a good close-up photo of his eyes/face (without sunglasses of course

).
If you have, send me a PM please.
I also have to tweak his hair color, though. Not red enough.

Hey, I just wanted to say this looks great! I also have a question. I have him and some other CSI characters in my downloads folder but they're not inmy neighborhood or my simsbin in CAS. Did I do something wrong?

Have you installed them correctly?
Sounds like you just copied the downloaded file into the download folder.
You'll have to execute the file to install them.

Or have you used the tool MultiSims2PackExtract from this site to install him?
