This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below the description for more information.
Introducing the Latest in outdoor luxury... the Sunshade Awning System. This Awning is one tile wide and three tiles deep. It was designed so that you can place multiple awnings to create one as wide as you like. The awnings are funished with working lights. Thru the painstaking work of our engineers we have managed to allow this awning to be mounted on walls and over windows. If your house is on a foundation the awning can be mounted either from the floor position or the foundation position. The awning was designed to a depth that would cover your outdoor dining area, or a nicely shade your deck. All awning fabrics block 100% of those nasty UV rays.

Wow! This is such a neat and useful object. Thank you! I love covered patios, but trying to get a roof just right is a pain. A lot of the houses where I live have these fabric awnings. Great job!
