Hi,
Sorry if it was misleading, the YACAS ONE, LEAVE IT AS IT IS. What that is is the university CAS screen. The screen you go to create a young adult. I haven't tried to change it. (maybe I will play with that a bit next).

In the University file you see a Yacas.package AND you will see a CAS!.package. it is the CAS!.PACKAGE you want to rename to backup.CAS!.package and then put the CAS!.Package from this download in its old place.

Let me know if it worked for you. (Don't forget to change it in both places though that I explained in the orignal post).

Thanx,

I am on satelite connection and when there is a surge in my power, my WinRAR tells me there was no file. I just wait a bit and try again and it usually works. But if you would like you can Private Message me with your email address, I will email you the file.

I am glad there haven't been a lot of problems with it. I have been using it in my game for a while now with no problems.

THANX EVERYONE!!! :loco:

This looks great! i'm downloading it now. Thank you for all of the information on how to get it to show in game. for me, simply putting it in the downloads folder makes it work, but this is great info for those who can only make it work this way.

That is really great and good to know. A lot less headaches for sure!!!! Thank you for letting everyone know that. I am not sure if I should add that to the instructions as an option?? Of course who ever reads the thread will know, but I myself am sometimes guilty of not reading through a thread before I go download crazy

Love it! I've been wanting to change my CAS screen for a while, and would have chosen this one if the EP wasn't required...

But tell me, why is the EP required?

Taylor,

I found a sim website last night that had some really fantastic things on it, I am going to write (email) the owner and ask if they minded if I used their stuff to make a CAS screen and of course give them the credit. If they write back and give me the go ahead, I just may make a new CAS screen along with the download packages that I used very soon.
I am glad you like this one!! :elephant:

Marvine,

Thank you. The reason that it is EP required is that I used things out of the University Expansion to make the Mirror CAS Screen. The mirror comes with the EP and I have just made it into a wall. I am not positive about the water fountain, The water fountain adds animation into the screen which is a nice touch. I do know for sure that the mirror wall is EP. :valentine

Okay, I thought it was Peter_halland's totalmirror... And the water fountain is definitely not in the original game.

Thanks for replying!

I download you CAS screen and installed it in the proper file but it doesn't work because when I want to create a family, the game stop.
So if you could try to tell me where does the problem come from, it would be nice

Thanx

PS: Sorry if my english is faulty but I'm french

HI, Sorry you are having troubles. Do you have University Installed? If you don't then that could be the cause of it. If you do have University, have you installed this CAS screen to both places mentioned in the directions? Did you back up your original screen? If not there is a thread here at modthesims2 that has the original CAS screen so you can restore your original one.

http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=57974

I have heard several times now not only in this thread but looking at others, that you may just simply need to put this into your download folder for it to work.

So I would give that a try. :gidea: *change your CAS screen back to the original and then just place it in your download folder*.

I hope that helps and the problem is solved.

Sorry for my bad english, Bablefish helps me *lol!

This is a very good work. Unfortunately it does not function correctly in my game. :soul: That is however because of which is too weak my diagram map. Purchase, when i have a new PC, shortly this Cas again in the game. :howdy:

With dear greetings from Switzerland.
