Picked Upload! This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
The building is a reproduction of the top portion of Padme's quarters on Coruscant, and is situated on a 5X3 lot. Aside from the dining area, the home is fully furnished and, to the best of my knowledge, hack-free. The only requirement is that you need to have University to install it.

Credit to RGiles for the Transparent Floor Tile.

* NOTE: Although I had meant it to be more of a background lot in the neighborhood screen, I had decided to test it out with a Sim family of three and found that it ran smoothly. These are my running specs:
Processor: 2.2 GHz AMD Athlon 64
Video: GeForce 6600 with 128 MB of RAM
So, if one has specs that are similar to mine, the lot should run fine.

*EDIT -- Please DO NOT upload this lot, or any of my other works, to the Exchange and/or any paysites without my consent.

You must have the expansion or stuff packs listed below installed to use this custom content. Please see the post text for any exceptions.

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Holy...That's bloody incredible. I don't even have the attention span to do the Teen Titan's tower, let alone something this complex. Keep up the great work!

I have to ask....I did have Uni and I uninstalled it but what would happen if I install this lot, will it just not show up or will some parts of it be missing? ( or will I just see a blue flashing light)? This lovely piece of work makes me want to reinstall.
