This is a new mesh recolour, and means that you will need to download the particular mesh itself in order for this to show up in your game. See the Meshes Needed section or read the text for more information.
Based on the response to my last upload with an Egyptian theme, it appears there are others seeking this kind of art. Consequently, I am pleased to share 2 more recolors I have done for the Mango-Sims mesh located here:, for those that may want them. The mesh is a free download and the recolors are for the new base, not the old base. Click on recolorables under meubles and scroll down to Nouvelle base du tableau. The recolors are uploaded here with permission.

Again, I forgot to change the in game camera to high quality, so the screenshot isn't the "best in the West" but I hope is clear enough to give you a good idea of how the paintings appear in game.

I call these simply Egypt King and Egypt Queen. They are paintings done on papyrus backgrounds. They look good placed near Xanathon's wonderful sarcophagus or gromit's wonderful statues of Nefertiti and Tutankhamun. Xanathon and gromits statues are available under object meshes>decorative>statues on MTS2 and are well worth downloading imho,

To those that download - Enjoy!

You must have the expansion or stuff packs listed below installed to use this custom content. Please see the post text for any exceptions.

Could you possibly give the whole url to the original Sims2 mesh at mango-sims? Its either that its right in front of my face or I need to navigate to someplace from that url you gave people. It's also in spanish which helps the confusion :?

I found the base! Since the site uses frames, I don't have a direct URL, but I found it by clicking the "recolorables" link located below the word "muebles" on the left hand side. The base is the fourth one down. Use the link that says "Nouvelle base du tableau".

Hope this helps!
