This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below the description for more information.
Hi Folks.

Here's another object from my Star Trek collection:

A Starfleet desktop computer, as seen in Kathryn Janeways readyroom onboard the USS Voyager.

If switched on it works as a normal computer, it was cloned from the ingame cheap computer, so be prepared, that the sims will try to remove a cd sometimes... :D

The mesh's by me, it has 1098 vertices and 1786 polys.

Have fun! :howdy:

Captains Edit - Stardate 0507.28: :D
Thanks to Numenor this object now works without the expansion pack.

You have to use the original screen submesh and resize and tweak it so, that you can use it. This way the desktop-animation the game-engine puts on the computerscreen when switched on is mapped correct.

happy simming,
Xanathon

Cool! Now I don't need those laptops in my starship house anymore. If I may make a suggestion for your next Star Trek object, could you make either the sliding doors, or maybe the Engineering Master Situation Table.
