This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below the description for more information.

Animated Painting and Animated Table Top Frame set

These were inspired by the recently released animated “Weather Windows and Doors”.
Now your paintings can be “alive” with the “Animated Wall Painting/Frame” and you can view virtual holograms with the “Animated Table Top Frame”.
The set includes:
1a. Animated Painting and Frame (waterfall)
b. Painting/Frame Recolor (parrot)
c. Painting/Frame Recolor (mesmerize)
d.Painting/Frame (gravity)
e. Painting/Frame Recolor (waterfallV2)
f. Painting/Frame Recolor (lake)
2a. Animated Table Top Frame (bird)
b. Frame Recolor (avatar)
c. Frame Recolor (coin)
d. Frame Recolor (panda)
e. Frame Recolor (walking)
e. Frame Recolor (lightening)
The objects can be used with or without the E.P., are color enabled and contain very low poly counts.

The frame/base, and animation are inter-changeable in game and both subsets can be re-colored. They can be used with or without the E.P. and are extremely low in poly count.
Recoloring is welcome just follow my usual policies...

You must have the expansion or stuff packs listed below installed to use this custom content. Please see the post text for any exceptions.

Tis is sooooo awesome. Something else that would be cool would be large aquarium windows with animated fish and such for a community Aquarium.
