Great work, now the real fun of seeing if their sim counterparts acts just as their comicbook ones. Thanks

You did an excellant job creating the character's costumes but, I dislike how you made the characters. This one guy on a similar sim site (can't recall site) had made nearly all Marvel comic super heroes and villains. you may want to find this site for help. Just wanting to help you out.

Can you tell me what in particular you dislike about the characters? Can you be a little more constructive in your criticisms? "I Dislike" really doesn't help me grow as an artist. With the characters, if you flip back through your collection of New X-Men: Academy X, you'll see that each artists interpretation of the character differs from issue to issue, or even page to page. As far as my interpretations of these characters and their facial structure, I've tried to stay true to their origins of the characters. Such as, Surge is Asian, Wind Dancer is a native of South America, Mirage is an American Indian, Prodigy is African American, and Icarus, Wallflower, and Elixir are all Caucasian. The way you set up their personality it is totally up to you because you control that in-game, not me in a sims2pack.

And if you could muster the strength to actually name this so-called "one guy" who has made nearly all Marvel Comic characters, and perhaps a link to the site, it would be greatly appreciated. It's pretty difficult to search for the site given the information you provided.

I have over 170 sims on MySimPage, 95% of which are marvel characters, and I've uploaded several sims here in 18 threads which most have multiple downloads in. Here's a link to all my threads on ModTheSims2 http://www.modthesims2.com/search.php?searchid=1633621 So, your opinion is appr ... uh, yeah your opinion is your opinion. Meanwhile, I believe I will keep on doing what I've been doing since Sims2 was first released. In closing, I will leave you with one other's opinion of my work.

You are truly talented, not just with your art, which has brought heroic and villianous characters new 3-D scopes, but in your interpretation of these characters, which has (in my humble opinion) captured their true essences. Never before (even in all these creative sim websites) have I seen an artist's work express such depth of character as yours has.

Great! I've been hoping for teen versions. One problem, though. As a Mac user, I don't have University yet. Any chance for non Uni versions of these (I can only get Josh and Noriko to install)?

Thanks! Again, this is very flattering and very cool and the two I installed look great!

*looks up*

Haha! Wow, I guess you can't hope for a much better compliment than that, can you? These are some great mods, and it's cool to see some of the more interesting (and underappreciated) characters in the Marvel U getting their skins. I've enjoyed the attention to detail in your other sets quite a bit and I hope you keep up the fantastic work!

The different pieces used on each of the skins should not be connected to University because I used all the Sims2 parts. I'm not sure what the problem is. As I have the EP, I'm not sure if it's possible to make them into non-ep versions. I'll have to check into it.

I'm glad you approve! Any news on whether you'll get to stay on the title or not?

Sadly, no. There's a new writing team in place and they've already started work on their first arc. They're changing the cast (cutting it, mostly) and making it more of an action book - which is probably what the readers want. Hopefully, it'll do well and take our characters to the next level.

Well that sucks! You and your wife make an excellent team and I can't wait to see what you have in store for your future endeavors. Creating Squads in Academy was an ingenious idea, and I always wanted to see more of the other squads as well as the New Mutants and Hellions. I guess that won't be possible now. An Xavier Institute Yearbook, like the old Marvel G.I. Joe yearbooks would have been great to have so that the fans could see the other students at Xavier's.

Good Luck in all that you do!

O___O That's so awesome. I've just recently pulled out my Dad's old comics- all the way from the 80's- and the New Mutants are the ones that were the best. I actually have the first comic and graphic novel of the New Mutants from him.^___^;;

They look pretty good, compared to the old comics. Do you think you could try to do one of the New Mutants- The black robot, who looks mostly like he's made out of circuts? Erm, forget the name, sorry. But again, great job.
