Hello everyone, this is the third of four dorm submissions, one for each of the Houses in Harry Potter's Hogwarts. The idea behind this was to have places to fit all the Hogwarts sims you want instead of using a giant, lagging Hogwarts school lot where students from other houses are constantly getting in your room.

These dorms do not stick strictly to the book. Most notably, each dorm has a dining room and restrooms and such. Many of the dorms have phones, and I think all of the dorms have electrical equipment that is not required, such as tvs. You can remove them if you want.

Note that none of the dorms have too much in the way of landscaping. This is partially due to the tiny lot size, and also partially due to the fact that these dorms are technically inside a building. So I spread a little dirt around the lots to emphasize the fact. None of my dorms have any 'decoration' items (except Ravenclaw's Venus Statue), I left that open for others to play with and to save the file size. All the dorms are otherwise fully furnished.

Slytherin: I could not, for the life of me, figure out how to make an entrance to a dungeon. So I made something sneaky for them to get through---actually, you just go up the steps and hang a right. No sim will ever get lost in this maze! Unless you put them there and block them off. XD This dorm is richly decorated with good furniture and only the best sinks and wallpaper, etc.

Stats:
2x2 lot
Fully furnished
3 livable levels and one top 'entry level'
2 large 'public' bathrooms
7 bedrooms

WARNING: As always, run this lot through clean pack installer, just to check. You may also remove any custom content I have included there.

I'm having a problem identifying custom content from their names 'as6y7a576569_9987y98.package' so there probably will be some flashing blue objects. No worries though--they all have maxis recolors.

Update: All Lethe_s's meshes have been removed. You must follow the links to download them if you want them to appear in your game. This is due to the nature of BETA meshes--we would both hate to be responsible for your losing data.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

I love the layout but it is kind of a pain cause hard to see what is going on when the Sims are downstairs. It would be better if it wasn't a dungeon. But that is my opinion, so don't take it to heart.
