This house belongs to my favorites. I had the idea of a house that would have a sort of "towny" feel with the building itself rather high, close to the sidewalk, and it's backyard raised above the terrain. It really surprised me, how well it turned out, during the creation process. This is also one of the few houses, where I found some decent use for those big two-storrey windows.
It's build on a small 2x2 lot, the house is unfurnished and requires no EP.

- You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Unfurnished as it is, it costs about 38 000,-. It's not actually a starter house, but I preffer to keep my sims on sight and not roaming around the huge houses and lots. I play the Veronaville template and I'm also trying to have as many houses as possible, with only a few really big luxurious mansions, just as in real.

This is a great house, I'm getting it, even I usually built my own...
