As I have decided to share most of my lots with you all here (provided they are approved and posted but that remains to be seen - because I can't get bigger pictures with the video card I have, others were rejected on that account), this is one of them. It is my version of Area 51 done on a 5x5 community lot with just about everything you can imagine in it, from an officer's club, to a dinner, interrogation quarters, specimen lab and 2 hangars. All non-Maxis content by me (which is basically only homecrafter material).

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Thanks to everyone for the nice comments! Yes it was intended for use in Strangetown - perfect setting for it - though the terrain paints probably won't match the desert terrain in Strangetown as it wasn't built there - it was built in a lush neighbourhood where I build all of my lots (until I run out of room or the game crashes and I have to start over with a fresh neighbourhood whichever comes first - in my case it's usually the crash that comes first - have never managed to run out of room in a 'hood yet before a crash).
