Hello Everyone!

My first upload ever!

This is a colonial style home, based off of my next door neighbor's house. I had to guess on some parts, but it is accurate for the most part!

I don't have University, but it should work with TS2 and Uni and NL

There is a very large bonus room above the three-car-garage.

The barbeque in the backyard has its own setup!

Have fun!

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Thank you everyone for commenting and thanking me. I really like comments. In fact, I may show this page to my Drafting/Auto CAD teacher in school!

Really Great Job! One of the best Sim houses I've seen. Really, one of the more practical houses too. I always make mine too big in proportion to my sims, so I have to download :D
