Sweet! Finally, something for my Victorian Sims to relieve themselves in! I was getting a little annoyed with the regular toilets and the medieval ones just don't quite match.

Is spying really as bad as it sounds? C'mon. They're in your thoughts. You're in their bushes. It evens out.

I had one of these in college... actually an elegant piece of engineering.

One of the original designs for these wasy by an Englishman, Thomas Crapper.
No joke - he was a Victorian sanitary engineer and his name (or part of it) has entered the language!

Feel free to recolor it and post your creation. I originally had planned to release it in all the default colors, but there were several problems/things I had to change. The original tanks have a dark area on the front that's supposed to represent the shadow of the raised lid. They also didn't have the metal texture for the pipes, and I didn't like the way they had stretched the floral design out of proportion. This required a bunch of Photoshopping and UVW mapping in Max. I also like the wood seat, but it was normally only available with an ugly color toilet.

So... if you want to recolor, you'll have to export my textures with SimPE and do your work with them so you have the proper layout. Anyway... go for it!

Question
What about when they go to flush?? .. Do they pull the chain or is it just like the other toilets.. where they push the handle down??

Please excuse this question, if its already been asked, a bit lazy you see.

Great item however for my Victorian/Prairie sims.
